Shawn and I (mostly Shawn) started masking 1146 around 10 p.m. Friday night as everyone else was taking some time to get some sleep. By 2:15 a.m. we had a painted race car.View Shawn’s masterpiece here.

This had us sitting just south of Paso Robles
A couple of guys driving a farm truck rolled a pipe trailer that blocked both lanes of 101 South for about half an hour. Skid got the photo.
Just as we were starting to roll I banged my head on the upper berth of Rich’s RV and was seeing stars. I’m going to take a Sawzall to it tonight when they’re sleeping. These things should come with warning stickers.
1:40 p.m. and we’re along the coast at Avila Beach.
