We’ve selected artist Gore.b to paint 1117. He’s had exhibits in Philadelphia, NYC and Santa Cruz. He’s also been involved in an artist collective, the Endless Love Crew, that does collaborative pieces. There’s a great video of “The Cube” here.
Gore.b has lined up space at the Dead Cow Gallery on River Street for the painting, which means I’ve got to get 1117 primered and ready to go. I’m sure there’s a more orderly way to primer a car, but it gets boring working on the same spot.
